How this site works
Cape Coral Roofing Co. (capecoralroofingco.com) is a marketing website for roofing in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lee County. When you call the number on this site or send the estimate form, your request comes to us first. Our phone line is answered around the clock by an automated assistant that takes your details, and a person follows up.
The work itself is performed by independent, insured roofing contractors we work with in the Cape Coral area, not by the operator of this website. Which contractor handles your project depends on the type of work, where the property is, and who has availability. When a referral leads to work, we may receive compensation from that contractor: a referral or advertising fee. That fee is between us and the contractor. It does not change what you are quoted.
Measurement
We use call and form tracking and privacy-respecting website analytics so we can tell which pages and sources produce inquiries. Calls may be recorded; you hear a notice at the start of the call. That is measurement, not a change to your price. Our privacy policy covers what is collected and how it is shared.
What this means for you

Your written estimate is the price. Whatever arrangement exists behind the scenes, the signed estimate from the contractor is what you pay.
You are free to compare. Getting a second opinion on a roof project is reasonable, and we will not push you away from doing it.
Independent contractors are independent. They carry the state or city registration their work requires, their own insurance and their own warranty terms. Ask to see the certificate of insurance, and read the agreement you sign with them.
Advertising and third parties
This site may appear in search results or in paid advertising. Any third-party service we use to run or measure that advertising receives only what it needs to do the job.
